Purdy's Spring Fundraiser
Calling ALL chocolate-lovers! We’re once again teaming up with Purdy’s Chocolates to fundraise for Esther Starkman School!!
Stock up on your favourite Purdy’s treats just in time for the Easter season AND support a great cause at the same time!! All fundraising profit raised will directly support school initiatives and every order makes a huge difference for us.

Five Guys Community Event
Five Guys Community Fundraiser! 🍔🍟
Our Parent Association has partnered with Five Guys in Windermere to bring you a great fundraiser for our school!! When you show the flyer or mention Esther Starkman School at Five Guys on the dates below, Five Guys will donate 20% of your purchase to the school!!
Thursday, April 3: Grades K-3
Thursday, April 10: Grades 4-6
Thursday, April 17: Grades 7-9
Make dinner easy, enjoy some delicious burgers and fries, and support your school!
Healthy Hunger Hot Lunches
We have now posted hot lunches for the year - so you can order one at a time or all at once!

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!
We need approximately 12-15 volunteers to help us sort and deliver lunches to all of the classrooms. If you can help for any hot lunch, please visit the link below to sign up:
ABSENCES - if your child is ABSENT on a hot lunch day, you must contact us at estherstarkmanpa@gmail.com BY 11AM to arrange to pick up your lunch. We do not have space to store lunches - if we do not hear from you, your lunch will be disposed of.

Here are a few examples of what your support is helping our Parent Association to achieve:
Purchasing new books and resources for our classrooms through Scholastic Book Fair.
Purchasing resources such as new drums for the music room, gym equipment and Chromebooks.
Providing funding for classroom field trips.
Providing school community events such as Healthy Hunger hot lunches and spring Carnival.
Providing a fresh fruit basket in the office for students to take if they need it.
Renting the Terwillegar Community Church to host student winter and spring music concerts.
Supporting our staff with regular appreciation initiatives including breakfast for PD Days and treats in the staff room.
